Email. I love to get email, but I don't love to respond to it. I have both Yahoo and Gmail accounts, plus my work email. Since I'm on multiple listservs, folders are my friends. I don't use an auto-check with any of my accounts and you don't have to encourage me to be brief in my emails. I have some little experience with Ask-A-Librarian email reference, but it seemed to go smoothly.
